Ayurveda's speciality is the digestive tract. As the founder of Joyful Belly, Joseph's creativity with diet ensures that clients enjoy their most important ayurvedic medicine - healthy food. But Joseph claims, "When clients are given a new awareness of their body they also naturally discover tools to heal themselves."

Joseph is a graduate of the Ayurvedic Institute (http://www.ayurveda.com) of Albuquerque, New Mexico. He has also studied ayurveda in Pune, India and completed two years of yoga teacher training under Chitra Giaque. He also has a degree in mathematics from Harvard University.
