Most appetite stimulants are heating, but cilantro juice is the ultimate cooling stimulant. Also a diuretic and a laxative, cilantro is tridoshic.

Like an emerald jade, cilantro juice soup is the perfect cooling summer treat. Entirely raw!
preparation
Chop the cilantro and ginger. Blend with 2c water in a blender and strain. Slice the cucumbers thinly, dice, and add to the cilantro. Add juice from lime, salt, and oil. Cucumber adds texture. Garnish with coconut shavings or bean sprouts and mint.
