Mint Belly Bliss moves stagnant food from the stomach and improves blood flow. More blood flow equals better digestion. Dispersing, aromatic bitters like cardamom, peppermint and bitter orange peel reduce heaviness, bloating, and burping by stimulating bowel motility (peristalsis). Trikatu is a spicy blend that stimulates the cardiovascular system. Brahmi is a gentle liver cleanse and mind tonic useful whenever mental clarity is needed.
