About Food Craving Freedom Tea
Food cravings are more than a mental battle: they are also a physical condition.Sugary blood, the result of eating abundant sweets, becomes dense. Dense blood acts more like mucus than water. It doesn't circulate well. Poor circulation of the bood creates a lack of oxygen, causing depression, feeling stuck, and triggers emotional food cravings. Too little oxygen predisposes a person to feel overwhelmed in their daily life.
Fat tissue obstructs circulation. Blocked from the arms and legs, the blood remains stuck in the head, chest, and digestive tract. If the blood is stuck in the digestive tract, a person digests faster, feels hungry sooner, and eats more.
Food Craving Freedom Tea opens the circulation. By destroying the ability to taste sweets, it helps you stay on a disciplined diet. It contains herbs traditionally used for:
Ayurvedic Notes
Freedom tea opens circulation by dilating vessels, thinning the blood and improving cardiac output. It destroys sweet taste, scrapes fat tissue, and gently cleanses the liver. It opens capillary beds in the extremities cleansing the lymphatic system. It directly addresses the Ayurvedic cause of insulin resistance: poor circulation and oxygen flow. It contains many herbs classically used to treat diabetes. It pulls excess water out of the body reducing swelling.Usage

I make a herbal brew that may be good for deworming, as a gardener i take it as a precaution twice a year . i make a 2litre brew, allow it to steep and then drink half over three days but i diluted the two to make six litres.and freeze the rest just to have whenever, i like the taste. Though some may not.
My measurements are not measured though but roughly just over half cup Artemisia absinthicum, small hand of each, cinnamon bark ,cloves, fennel, fenugreek after it has cooled i add lemon juice some may like a bit of honey too
